Welcome to the Pate Marine Community Conservancy
Sustainably united for coastal Prosperity
Pate Marine Community Conservancy (PMCC) is a community-based organization established in 2012 and fall within the administrative entities of Faza ward in Lamu County at the northernmost part of the Kenyan coast, bordering Somalia.
PMCC is a marine-based conservancy covering adjacent inshore ocean areas around Pate Island operating in a total area of 9,290 hectares.
